When you order, we collect your name, telephone number, optional email address, delivery address and postcode, order and payment-status details, delivery notes, and order history. If you choose to tell us about an allergy or intolerance, we also process that information with your explicit consent so the kitchen can manage your order.

• To contact you about your order and prevent fraudulent or duplicate promotional claims.
• To keep records needed for accounting, disputes, safety and legal obligations.

We normally process order details because they are needed to perform our contract with you and for legitimate business and legal purposes. Allergy details are processed only when you provide explicit consent; you may withdraw that consent by calling us, although this may mean we cannot safely fulfil the order.
