Cancel or change an order
Call 01902 345000 immediately and quote your order number. We will try to help, but once preparation has started we may be unable to change or cancel the order because food is prepared to order.
If something is wrong
Contact us as soon as possible if an item is missing, incorrect, damaged or not of satisfactory quality. Keep the food and packaging where reasonable and provide your order number so we can investigate. Depending on the circumstances, we may replace the affected item, provide an appropriate refund, or offer another suitable remedy.
How refunds work
Approved online-payment refunds will normally be returned through Stripe to the original payment method; banking processing times may apply. Any agreed cash-payment refund will be arranged directly with the restaurant.
