DIRECT ORDERING
Ordering terms
Last updated: 21 August 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to direct delivery and collection orders placed with Oregano Wolverhampton at 300A Coalway Road, Wolverhampton WV3 7NP. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted when Oregano confirms it can be prepared.
Prices, payment and availability
Prices shown at checkout include the selected food and any delivery charge. All delivery and collection orders must be paid securely online through Stripe. An order is sent to the kitchen only after payment is confirmed. Menu items, offers and availability may change. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and may reject or cancel it.
Delivery and collection
The minimum delivery food order is £16.00, excluding the delivery fee. Delivery is £2 to DY3 and WV1–WV6. Other eligible local addresses within the configured five-mile radius are £3. Estimated delivery time is 35–50 minutes and estimated collection time is 20 minutes. Times may change due to demand, traffic or circumstances outside our control. Customers must provide accurate contact and address details and be available to receive the order.
Opening hours
Orders are normally accepted Sunday–Thursday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday–Saturday from 4 p.m. to midnight. The restaurant may pause ordering or vary hours when necessary.
Allergens
You are responsible for telling us about any food allergy or intolerance before ordering and for giving clear, accurate details. If you report an allergy online, you explicitly consent to its use for that order. For a serious allergy, call 01902 345000 before ordering so the kitchen can discuss suitability. We cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment because ingredients are handled in a shared kitchen.
Pizza collection offer
The buy-one-get-one-free pizza offer is available for collection orders only. Regular (8-inch) pizzas are excluded.
Contact
Questions about an order should be raised as soon as possible by calling 01902 345000 or emailing orders@oreganoitalianpizza.co.uk. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
